To be eligible to use the jetta7 Service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, partnership, or organisation.
• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using jetta7.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jetta7 or had a jetta7 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when opening an account or placing wagers.

• You are not a professional gambler participating through a method designed to gain a systematic edge over the platform.

jetta7 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where eligibility conditions are subsequently found to have been unmet at any time. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility are void and will not be paid.

All transactions on jetta7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved payment methods as listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Supported payment methods may change without prior notice.

Players are responsible for any fees, charges, or taxes applicable to transactions in their jurisdiction. jetta7 does not deduct fees from standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

In the event of a dispute regarding a result, jetta7's decision — made in good faith based on available information — is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Bets placed in error — including incorrect amounts or on the wrong selection — are the responsibility of the player and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. jetta7 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

jetta7 is not liable for any losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network disruptions, payment processor failures, government actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

In all cases where jetta7 is found liable, its aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
